Explore a demo service project

To have a demo service project, the first project on your site must be created using any template other than the IT service management template.

The demo service project is an example project designed for you to play around with. Use the sample data to explore different settings and features before using them in your live projects.

To go to your demo service project:

Select Projects > View all projects.
Select the Demo service project.

Assign yourself to a customer's request
When customers send requests to your service project, they end up in your queues where you can assign the request to someone.
Update your customer on your progress
You can update your customer on the progress you’ve made on their request by adding a comment.
Resolve a customer's request
Once you’re done with a customer’s request, you can resolve it.
